1. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from XS to XXL for most of our items. You can find a detailed size guide on each product page to help you choose the best fit.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, OroKami ships worldwide! Free shipping while the delivery times depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping for the first drop is estimated to take about 4 weeks due to high production.
From the second drop onwards, the estimated shipping time is 7-10 days (varies depending on the country being shipped to).
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, yes — just contact us as soon as possible at team@orokamishop.com. Once the order is packed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy for details.
6. How do I start a return?
Just email us at team@orokamishop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
7. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re really sorry! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or refund your purchase.
9. How do I know if an item is in stock?
If you can select a size and add it to your cart, the item is in stock. If a size is unavailable, it will be marked as "Out of stock".

10. Will you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, especially our bestsellers. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for restock updates.
11. What materials do you use for your clothing?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced materials such as 100% cotton, cotton blends, and recycled fabrics.
12. Are your clothes unisex?
Yes! Most of our pieces are designed to be gender-neutral.
13. How do I take care of OroKami clothing?
Wash your items inside out in cold water and avoid using a dryer for best results. Specific care instructions are on the label.
14. Can I use multiple discount codes?
